We have recently redesigned our website to make it what we believe is a more pleasant experience for visitors.

Along with the addition of a few new finds and many new designs, we now use unique product names for clearer
identification. We are aware this may unintentionally cause confusion for existing clients and orders spanning the transition
period, so please include a product link of your requested lights for clarity.

on our homepage, where the best will be selected for inclusion. This can be either residential or commercial

We ship worldwide with DHL, with shipping cost calculated per order.
If, however, shipping is arranged by the customer, then liability for pickup and delivery will pass to themselves,
as will liability for any breakages resulting from pickup or delivery.

WE BUILD MOST ITEMS ‘TO ORDER’, THEREFORE ‘IN STOCK’ WILL
MOSTLY REFER TO COMPONENTS THAT ARE STOCKED, AS OPPOSED TO BEING PRE-ASSEMBLED.
THERE IS A VARIABLE LEAD TIME ON ALL ORDERS, SO PLEASE ENQUIRE ON ORDERING.
VINTAGE ITEMS MAY ALSO NEED RESTORATION PRE-SALE.
ALL FITTINGS ARE SUPPLIED FULLY WIRED.
PENDANT FITTINGS ARE SUPPLIED WITH 2M BLACK BRAIDED FABRIC COVERED WIRING.
WIRING FOR USA AND CANADA IS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

We have endeavoured to photograph all stock accurately and to provide accurate weights and dimensions.

Due to the nature of the processes, materials and finishes used, variations can occur between periods of
manufacture and so small flaws and imperfections are considered to be naturally occurring and part of the
items’ aesthetic.

Some products (indicated on their product page) will require supporting chain or wire for safe installation, which,
although we are unable to stock or supply, is readily available from many online stockists or local hardware stores.

All bulb fittings are standard and although we do not stock bulbs, there is an exhaustive range available online.

RETURNS:

We understand that a customer may want to return a product for some reason. We are happy to accept returns and do so under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. These regulations grant UK non-business buyers a right to cancel the order and return the goods within a period of 14 working days from the day on which they received the goods.

The buyer must inform us by email of their intention to cancel the order within this 14 day period. Once the buyer has cancelled the contract, they have a legal ‘duty of care’ to take care of the goods. A full refund of goods will be issued within the statutory 14 days after we have received return of the goods.

Return of the cancelled goods is by the customer’s own chosen method and at their expense. The buyer is duty bound to return the goods in the same condition in which the goods were received. Failure to do so may result in deductions being made from the final refunded amount.

In cases where we undertake bespoke work on the buyer’s behalf, all cancellation rights will end at the point of order.
